We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or real estate brokerage, and we do not originate loans or provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

About the loan rates shown

Interest rates and loan balances shown reflect the seller's existing loan based on third-party data and may be estimates. Assuming a loan is subject to the loan servicer's approval and the buyer's qualification, and is not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for covering the difference between the purchase price and the assumed loan balance. Always confirm the exact rate, balance, terms, and eligibility with the loan servicer and a licensed professional before relying on them.

Agent & broker subscriptions

Agents and mortgage professionals may subscribe to a city territory for a recurring monthly fee. Subscriptions are billed monthly, are exclusive per city and specialty on a first-come basis, and may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Leads are provided on an as-available basis with no guaranteed volume or outcome.
